Autumn is the founder of Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center, PLLC, a space shaped by her own experiences with trauma, recovery, and learning to live in alignment with her values. That lived experience underpins her belief that healing is relational, embodied, and possible at any stage of life, and that people do not have to choose between being a helper and being human.
Autumn is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois and a licensed mental health counselor in Iowa and Florida, with a Master of Science in Counseling Education from Western Illinois University. She is a nationally certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC), approved clinical supervisor (ACS), Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and Certified Level II Sound Healing Practitioner.
Her holistic style integrates mind, body, and spirit and is grounded in nervous‑system awareness, steadiness, and authenticity in both therapy and supervision. For clients, Autumn focuses on deep healing work with adults, honoring their stories while supporting sustainable change rather than quick fixes. For supervisees and consultees, she is committed to supporting clinicians and healers so they can offer grounded, ethical, and embodied care to the communities they serve through reflective, trauma‑responsive supervision and consultation.
