Sarah is a Reiki Master, Sound Healing Level II Certified, and Certified Children's Yoga Teacher, whose journey of healing is as transformative as the services she offers at Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center and through her business Uplifted Energies. Her path began during a profoundly challenging period, when she felt emotionally depleted and disconnected from her inner self. With an open heart and courageous spirit, Sarah embraced Reiki as a pathway to personal transformation.

What emerged from her own healing experience was a powerful calling: to create a compassionate, inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds can explore energy healing. Whether you're a curious skeptic or an experienced energy enthusiast, Sarah offers a welcoming environment that honors your unique journey.

Her practice is more than a service, it's an invitation to rediscover your innate capacity for healing, growth, and self-renewal. As both a dedicated artist and energy practitioner, Sarah brings creativity and intuition to her work, guiding clients toward emotional release, renewed energy, and profound personal insights.
