Sarah is a Reiki Master, Certified Level II Sound Healing Practitioner, and Certified Children's Yoga Teacher, whose journey of healing is as transformative as the services she offers at Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center and through her business Uplifted Energies. Her path began during a profoundly challenging period, when she felt emotionally depleted and disconnected from her inner self. With an open heart and courageous spirit, Sarah embraced Reiki as a pathway to personal transformation.

What emerged from her own healing experience was a powerful calling: to create a compassionate, inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds can explore energy healing. Whether you're a curious skeptic or an experienced energy enthusiast, Sarah offers a welcoming environment that honors your unique journey.

Her practice is more than a service, it's an invitation to rediscover your innate capacity for healing, growth, and self-renewal. As both a dedicated artist and energy practitioner, Sarah brings creativity and intuition to her work, guiding clients toward emotional release, renewed energy, and profound personal insights. 

Sarah offers energy healing services at Pulse as an independent contractor. She continues to operate her own practice, Uplifted Energies, in the community.
