Autumn, the founder of Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center, PLLC, is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for holistic wellness deeply rooted in her personal experiences navigating life's challenges. This journey has enriched her understanding of the healing process and fuels her commitment to creating a safe, nurturing space where individuals can find the support they need to thrive.
With a Master of Science in Counseling Education from Western Illinois University, Autumn is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois, and licensed mental health counselor in Iowa and Florida. She is a nationally board-certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC), approved clinical supervisor (ACS), and certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Autumn's primary focus is on empowering fellow clinicians by providing them with the resources and supportive environment necessary to deliver exceptional care. Her holistic approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, fostering an atmosphere of personal growth and authentic self-expression for all. While she continues to see clients, Autumn remains dedicated to advancing mental health services and creating a transformative space for both clinicians and clients alike.
