Krista Grizzle (she/her)
M.Ed., MHP

Krista is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student. She holds a master's degree in Secondary Education and has many years of experience in the classroom setting. In addition, Krista served for 10 years as the executive pastor for her church. From these experiences, she developed an authentic desire to help individuals aged 10 and up overcome depression, anxiety, grief, and assist with conflict resolution, boundary formation and stress management.
Krista holds certifications in Psychological First Aid through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, CALM through Zero Suicide, and Disaster Mental Health: Disaster Cycle Services through American Red Cross. Krista's overall goal in working with clients is to learn their strengths and empower them to find solutions to current issues they are facing building their self-esteem to continue towards greater overall mental well-being.
