Tim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Iowa with over 14 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, psychiatric social work, and outpatient and school-based psychotherapy. Inspired by an exceptional professor during his first psychology course, Tim discovered his passion for counseling and has been dedicated to helping others ever since.
Tim offers exceptional care to individuals aged 13 and older, as well as to couples, families, and groups. His approach focuses on normalizing emotions and feelings that we often believe are unique to us, helping to remove the stigma surrounding mental health. Utilizing Insight-Oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and elements of Existential Therapy, Tim champions a holistic, person-centered approach. New clients are welcome to experience Tim's compassionate and comprehensive care.
